Red River Valley Lacrosse has designed is sessions and teams to accommodate all skill levels. All the way from those who have never held a stick to kids who have played and are looking to get better in the sport of lacrosse. Everyone is welcome!

The spring season is the primary season for Polars Lacrosse
Travel lacrosse runs from March 15th - June 16th.
Practices start in March for our travel teams.
Practices will begin indoors at the Metro Rec Center for our travel teams
Outdoor practices are held at Benett Elementary in Fargo, ND and Towers Fields in West Fargo, ND.
Games are in April and May with the playoffs in June.
In-House starts in April for all of the non-varsity levels (non-travel) teams. These teams will have 2 practices a week and 1 game against the other players at there age level and local teams. All players will be divided into even teams and will practice with there team. The teams will play a game against another team from there age group once a week
The travel teams will be formed by a tryout based selection process. The players will be evaluated by knowledgeable lacrosse coaches and placed on teams with players of similar skill. The number of teams will be determined by the number of players that try out at each age group. There will be 1 A team and as many B teams at each level that are needed. Tentatively the A teams will play in the GNLL in MN and the B team(s) will play in the NPLL in North and South Dakota.
Registration: $100 to $350, depending on session and age range.
Equipment: Just like any sport, you can spend as much or as little as you want. You can start out with basic used equipment from Play-It-Again Sports. Scheels All Sports has new equipment for sale. You can also shop online at sites like lacrossemonkey.com, or lax.com.
Practices are 2-3 nights a week and begin indoors at the Metro Rec Center and Moorhead Youth Arena. Outdoor practices are held at Moorhead High School in Moorhead, MN, Benett Elementary in Fargo, ND and Towers Fields in West Fargo, ND.
Games are played in the same locations as practice in Moorhead, MN and Towers West Fargo.
The season is short, about 3 months long.
8-week session at The Fargo Metro Rec center that runs Jan - March.
Depending on interest, we have done tournaments during the summer for those interested.
The prices are set depending on the number of kids to cover the tournament registration and coaches costs.
